Our new Golfers Yoga Series is starting Monday at 7:30pm. We will be holding our class outside with distancing 6 feet apart. Outdoor Recreation has been listed as an ESSENTIAL ITEM. Our attendees made some big improvements in our last series such as, increasing flexibility/range of motion, better golf scores, longer drives and one student eliminated sciatica. Come join us! Here is the info: Yoga specifically for Golfers! Our class will emphasize golf related stretches that will increase range of motion, strengthen core, and help with the mental aspect of the game. Statistically 80% of golfers will have low back pain and/or injury in their life. We will stretch all areas to prevent injury and to increase range of motion so you can execute your best golf swing and hit the ball farther with more accuracy.
