Little did I know 3 years ago that I would be a member of a new family. It’s one of my favorite weeks of the year...teaching the Cohn Family out at saguarolakeranch. This morning I drove out drinking my coffee admiring the snow on 4 peaks. I pull into the ranch with horse stables on the right. My “yoga studio” is ready with space heaters on. All my yoga equipment stays for the week. We had 18 family members in class. Oldest family member (76) holds a 3 minute plank. I give them a tough class and all are capable and amazing. It is truly an incredible family that I’m honored to be apart of this week. As I drive back I honestly feel the most huge sense of peace and gratitude that I can share this practice and connect with beautiful souls from all across the country. They have been coming to the ranch for 36 years. #saguarolakeranch #yogapartylive
