In order to use the free WiFi all you have to do is become a SkyMiles member (which is free to sign up). delta’s CEO, Ed Bastian, made this decision because he believes “it is imperative all customers onboard can enjoy their favorite content just as they would at home, and we’ve put this system through meticulous tests to make that possible."
