Senior Anna Jennings spent the summer in New Haven taking two Anthropology courses: 1. Global Health Ethnography and 2. Race, Inequality, Urban Education & Housing Policy. Additionally, she is the recipient of the Yale College Public Service Fellowship – Research for a Better World funded by Dean Takahashi (Yale '80, MPPM '83), Wendy Sharp (Yale '82) & the Kresge Foundation. Anna’s documentary is called “To Be A Voice for the Voiceless: A Visual Approach to New Haven’s Homeless Community.” Her project seeks to combine community health research with academic visual literacy, to further advance the awareness of homelessness in New Haven. __________________________________ Fellowship Thoughts: “This world is in serious need of a revival.
