OK, so, this is not my heaviest behind the neck jerk. It’s not even close. But for the last nine months I haven’t been able to put anything over my head. Not even pull my right arm over my had to take off my own shirt. I’ve spent the last nine months trying to figure out what was wrong, and then, when I was told that I had bruised my shoulder, I resorted to rest and therapy to help get better. Even though this is not an all-time PR, 85 pounds sure felt great.
