sammyknox2 working with the houstonhaloselite last night. Some common mistakes with the upper body when sprinting: 1-Extension of the elbow rather than extension of the shoulder. 2-Too much movement side to side instead of forward and backward. This is an issue as it will throw off the timing of the leg action as well as create rotation at the torso and hips. We want to minimize rotation and stay linear with the arm and leg action as much as possible to maximize our sprinting technique. #DSTstrong #DSTfast
