Career accolades include: 1 x Southern League All Star 1 x Tampa Bay Rays MinorLeague.com All Star In his last season at FIU, Franco dominated collegiate hitting; posting a 1.09 ERA in 99.0 IP. He started 15 games; went 9-3; including 2 complete game shutouts. He currently holds the single season ERA record (1.09) in 50-100 IP.
