A flashback to last week's #LosAngelesFashionWeek captured by fashion photographer and #SonyArtisan nino_rakichevich✨ Here are a few tips Nino put to work while shooting backstage of the runway 👉 "When I shoot backstage, I try to use available light as much as possible. Lighting can be tricky as it can range from bare bulbs to very challenging and contrasting lighting. I’m very careful not to overexpose highlights by setting my compensation exposure to -1/3 and check my histogram through out shoot. This give me confidence to focus on the image composition rather than the technical settings. That said, fashion shows are extremely quick so I make sure every setting is what I want for the shoot before I begin shooting. I always have two cameras so I don’t have to stop and change lenses. I use my Alpha 1 with my 35mm F1.4 GM and my Alpha 7R III with my 24mm 1.4 GM. I usually shoot aperture priority so I am in control of the background in case I need to blur something out backs stage." #So...
