At 10am tomorrow morning as part of his regular “People’s Question Time” series, the incumbent Mayor of London has been asked to address the following question by an Assembly Member: “According to mayoral candidate Brian Rose, he and his crew were arrested and issued penalty notices for breaching lockdown regulations. Why were City of London Police operating outside their area, in the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Police, and what knowledge did the Metropolitan Police have of this operation?
