what’s your favorite dessert? like i mean your stuck on a desert island kinda favorite. your ride or die. your go-to when the going gets rough. the one indulgence you simply cannot live without? for me, it’s a simple, fresh from the oven, ooey gooey chocolate chip cookie. the more chocolate the better. make it perfectly buttery and slightly chewy. if i have to chill the dough, so be it. but only if it’s worth the wait. oh, and let’s not forget that sprinkle of flakey sea salt please and thank you. i’m definitely on team you-can-never-have-too-many-chocolate-chip-cookie-recipes which means i’m constantly tinkering with ingredients and ratios to find the best of the best. happy to report i think i found my all time fave. this is the part where i tease you and tell you the recipe is coming soon{ish} to the blog.
