Keep reading... • My first job out of college was as a nutrition consultant for jennycraigofficial. In my spare time I taught aerobics and spinning classes at the local gyms. I still work out every day. For me it’s like brushing my teeth...the only way to start the day and a habit I just can’t break. I also have a chocolate-chip-cookie-a-day habit I can’t break. #balance • I live in a little town called Rancho Santa Fe {it’s a little bit like Mayberry} with my husband, three daughters, a boy dog and a coop full of chickens.
