This summer, Converse was invited to participate in the 2023 Institute on Engaged and Integrative Learning as well as the Institute on Teaching and Learning for Campus-wide Interfaith Excellence. The team members attended trainings and formed an action plan to cultivate a climate of belonging on campus, aligned with Converse's institutional Inclusive Excellence Action Plan. They have received a $3,000 grant to support their work.
