From a young age, I’ve always looked up to Chef Keller, as many young cooks do. I feel so honored and fortunate to have had some incredible opportunities in my still very young career. Meeting chef Keller and having him and some of the other best chefs in America taste and eat my dish this week is something I feel so honored to have had happen.
