What a year. Our final service has come and gone. I don’t know where to begin. This past year has been a year of ups and downs. I’ve gained some incredible friendships that will last a lifetime. I’ve learned about myself as a person and as a chef. I’ve grown. I’ve succeeded and I’ve failed. The list of people that have supported me and been a part of this journey is lengthy, but you all know who you are. To my wife, thank you for doing this by my side. It was not always easy, but you always stuck by me and supported me every step of the way, I love you. To my staff, past and present, thank you for doing everything you did every single day.
