Breaking News: Laurel Canyon Blvd was temporarily closed today between Oxnard and Burbank Blvd due to a two-hour power outage caused by a suspect hitting an electric box near Great Beginnings Preschool. Suspect can be heard crying midway through video. The incident led to the evacuation of children to a safe location, where they awaited pickup by their parents. Power was restored before 3 PM, and the scene is now clear, although debris remains.
