MEET DOUG! Doug Barry is the Director of Food Services at SWU, overseeing Pioneer Catering, the Dining Commons, and the Warrior Court. • 💙 What’s your favorite thing about SWU? “Everything! Seriously though, I love ministering to everyone that I come in contact with at SWU. I think of it as the food ministry. I love watching students as they come through the doors for the first time and then when they are graduating, seeing the changes that have occurred within each one.” • ☕️ What’s your favorite Drink at Blue Hill? “XL Frozen Caramel Macchiato w/extra espresso.” • 🤩 What’s a fun fact about you that most people may not know? “I have cooked for dozens of celebrities over the years from James Brown to B.B.
