Today is National #GrandparentsDay! It’s a great day to remember the influence your grandparents have had on your life and your family’s life for generations. Here’s one family whose grandparents have passed down a love and appreciation for SWU!! Back in 1948, Dr. R.C. Mullinax became the President of SWU (then Central Wesleyan College), a position he would hold for the next 20 years. He was an alumnus that decided to show his dedication to CWC, the place he said had invested so much in him. Little did he know, over the course of the next 70 years, three more generations of the Mullinax/Wheeler family would venture to SWU. John Mullinax was a member of the class of 1968. Selina and Scott Wheeler were 1994 and 1995 graduates. Now, Zachary Wheeler is a senior and plans to graduate this May. This family is just one of many with a rich heritage at SWU!
