Maine Academy of Modern Music is launching a new, inclusive, community-minded music and arts festival this summer that will showcase Portland's creativity and youth. Resurgam will feature live music, food trucks, a children’s parade, and the Maine Maker’s Mall with booths for artists and vendors.
