Siobhán and Michael Sindoni both loved the neighborhood feel of Flood’s, the restaurant located in the Francis that Palace Diner owner Greg Mitchell ran until August 2020. The closure of Mitchell’s place presented the couple with the serendipitous opportunity to realize their own dreams of owning a restaurant.
