“Growing up in the County and now living in southern Maine, my father and I have made it a yearly tradition to get up at dawn to head into the “big woods” for an entire day of driving the dirt roads, looking for partridge and moose. The past couple excursions, I only had the chance to see a moose (or two) on our way out, after the sun had set. This year however, after riding around all day, this gorgeous moose ventured out in front of us with just enough light to capture this image.
