Named after the original family that had owned this property in Cape Neddick, the Bracy Cottage was built in 2018. The owners, an architect and felt company founder, had worked hard to restore the main house on the property, but ultimately decided to build the cottage from scratch, replacing the original structure that had been destroyed by water damage.
