While we were at the beach, Sonja Carey and 600+ runners were running the 200 mile Rock Lobster Relay Race from Bar Harbor to Portland. Starting Friday evening, 52 teams of 12 ran up to 22 miles each, in 3 segments, finishing Saturday.
