Thousands of Austinites are still without power and water. And now, a boil notice is issued for the entire city. Recently Austin Energy has come under fire for power usage that continues to light downtown Austin’s skyline. Officials said the downtown continues to be lit because the downtown circuit includes Dell Seton Medical Center, warming centers, the Capitol and Austin City Hall.
