Musicians, venue owners, artists and music fans push for Austin City Council members to create a Music Venue Preservation Fund in order to keep local music venues in business on Sept. 28, 2020. Most music venues have been closed since mid-March and a survey conducted by the University of Houston’s Hobby School of Public Affairs found that as many as 90 percent of the city's live music venues could close by October. The crowd shouted, "No money, no music," throughout the event. Photo by Ana Ramirez/ American-Statesman anamariarphoto #music #austinmusic #austinvenues
