Sorin Marcu moved from Romania in the early 80s. Marcu left the country because he wanted his future children to have a better life and to not live in a communist country. Marcu learned to fix cameras in an optics factory. When he came to Austin he started working at Studtman Photo Service. He opened his own store , Eurotech Camera Service, in 1994.
