Habitat for Humanity Texas and other organizations join together to build walls of a home at the Texas Capitol on Jan. 29, 2019, in Austin, Texas. The structure is for a resident in Refugio whose home was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. She has been living outside of her house in a RV. Habitat for Humanity Texas plans on building 26 homes in 24 months for people who were affected by the hurricane.
