Carrie Morris, 32, of Austin, AustinPetsAlive staff member, k-9 good citizen coordinator, tries to coax Dodger out for a walk as rain begins to pool near evacuated kennels in Austin, Texas, on Sunday, April 17, 2016. Heavy rains have caused problems with kennels taking on water and flooding from drainage issues. Austin Pets Alive were able to move 60 of their dogs into AustinAnimalCenter kennels after those were relocated and crated over 30 dogs in a conference room but are still looking for foster homes to help with sleepovers during the rain.
