Next up from the Scholarship Committee is Victor Garcia Mosqueda! Victor is originally from Cortazar, Guanajuato, in Mexico, but was raised in Houston, TX. He is a senior majoring in Planetary Sciences with a minor in Astronomy. Victor is a Student Diversity Officer for purduehonors, where he creates workshops focused on DEI. He has had internships with the Midwestern Regional Climate Center and the Stahura Meteorites Research where he classified lunar soil using chemical mapping. Victor is also a member of the Latino Student Union and can often be found at the lccpurdue. Victor hopes to pursue a master's in Environmental Sciences in the future!
