“One of the best decisions I made as a student was to study abroad.” — Megan Amend This study abroad program took place in the City of Valencia, Spain and its surrounding agricultural areas. Students learned about entrepreneurship, specialty products, food systems, local food and supply chain. They visited 9 different farming operations that reflect different crops and products, and different strategies of marketing and commercialization.
