On #FentanylAwarenessDay, the City of Henderson hosted a multi-jurisdictional fentanyl awareness summit at the College of Southern Nevada. The summit allowed law enforcement agencies, public officials, and health representatives the opportunity to hear about and share information, discuss local action, and encourage collaboration to address the impacts of the opioid epidemic and the spike in overdose deaths associated with fentanyl.
