Unnecessarily long post warning: I did a set of “Unconventional Sports Team Logos” like four years ago (which is weird to say because it feels like 10... and looks like it..) and thought it would be fun to redo some of them. After my year with the Chiefs was over I started working at a more typical marketing agency and I remember being so burnt out when I got home that I really wasn’t doing any design work outside of what I was doing for my job. And the work I was doing was for very niche industries I wasn’t really interested in and didn’t really want in my portfolio. So I forced myself to sit down and make this set of mascot logos.
