Thank you newsday for honoring luhigirlsbasketball ‘22 Kateryna Koval and for helping raise awareness of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. Kate is a top prospect in the ESPN 2024 class and is a tremendous young lady. She finished this year’s 2021-22 season with strength and grace as her her family/country dealt with extenuating circumstances.
