Last week, #FLOTUS #MichelleObama gave her final speech as First Lady of the United States. And, tonight, #POTUS #BarackObama will deliver his farewell address. The Jackson State University family is grateful to have hosted both on our campus. In March of 2008, during his presidential election campaign, senator Barack Obama spoke to a packed house at the JSU Athletics and Assembly Center. In April of 2016, thousands packed Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium to hear Michelle Obama address more than 800 JSU graduates during the Spring 2016 Commencement Ceremony. #ObamaFarewell
