First slide 5 sets 5 reps 12inch Box Jump 5 reps 18inch Box Jump 5 reps 24inch Box Jump 9 total reps hoping over each one 3 reps climbing the ladder 6 reps 185lbs tire flip to finish Second & Third Slides 3 Sets 17 Medicine Ball Throws (Was supposed to be 15😂) 10 Push-ups 10 Medicine Ball Throws 10 Push-ups 5 Medicine Ball Throws 10 Push-ups Fourth & Fifth Slide #ChiseledAdonisChallenge 100 Squats for 30 Days DAY #6 6th Slide 3 Sets 100 Ab Crunches 60 regular 20/20 Left & Right 7th Slide 40 minutes on Stairmaster Minimum Level 12 (My phone was dying so I had to record at 38 minutes, but you get the point) Overall...
