Results of the 30 day challenge.
The photo to the left in the Green Boxers was Taken Today. 192.2lbs (The photo says 193 but that's cause I was holding my phone... Locker room was empty so nobody was there to take the photo of the weight for me)
The photo to the right in the Blue Shorts was taken on August 3rd. 199.7lbs
Ironically I'm wearing the SAME shortsππ. It's funny how Laundry works.
CHANGES:
1. My arms are much bigger, grew about an inch & 1/4 in girth.
2. My back is more defined
3. My chest is a bit bigger, nothing too serious but definitely more solid.
4. My core is much stronger!
5. Nothing has increased regarding my ability to be photogenic.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Definitely something I would do again... For September I'm thinking of doing Squats. Originally I was going to do Pullups but I haven't given my lower body the attention it deserves & also given I'm going to be in Atlanta in the middle of the month I probably won't find access to a pull up bar.
