FINAL DAY OF THESE 100 PUSHUPS!
FINALLY DONE!
As easy as 100 push-ups a day sounds.. .this was surprisingly challenging... (When done in the gym)
Doing them at home was easy cause I more often than not didn't work out that day. However, while at the gym I did these 100 push-ups at the end of every workout & it kicked my ass...
I'll be posting the comparison right after this post.
Overall... I might keep doing push-ups daily... 100 a day? Probably not... Maybe 100 5 days a week.
For those who went to college with me & saw my old College workout of
300 Pushups
200 Situps
200 Dips
100 Pullups
5 DAYS A WEEK
I AM FARRRRRR FROM THE SHAPE I USED TO BE INππ. WHAT I THINK IM GOING TO TRY TO DO IS GET MY BODY FAT DOWN TO LESS THAN 10%. THE LOWEST MY BODY FAT HAS EVER BEEN WAS 7.96% at the conclusion of my Sophomore Year in college... Right now i have no clue what my body fat is but I'm sure it isn't good!
Now to figure out the next Challenge! ββββ...
