Tomato Basil Soup 🍅🌿🥣 🤌🏾 This right here is a winter weeknight wonder 💯 Easy, packed full of flavor and super satisfying. TO MAKE: . 1// stick butter 10 gloves minced garlic 2 onions (diced) 2 cans of tomatoes (San marzano preferably) 2 cups stock (veggie or chicken) 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 2 bunches julienned Basil (plus more for garnish) Salt and pepper to taste . 1️⃣ Melt butter in pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté 2-3 mins. 2️⃣ Add in tomatoes and stock. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.
