“Fred’s Steak” style tri-tip 🔥🔥 schaubsmeat in Palo Alto is legendady for their “Fred’s Steak”. I made an attempt about a year ago with more details ingredients. This time I took some shortcuts. I used misrubinsseasonings “magic marinade” in replace of the soy, Worcestershire and some of the seasonings. I used cometeer coffee in place of coffee grounds, red wine from tankwinery and molasses for some sweetness.
