BABY GLASS EEELS… WOULD YOU TRY THEM? . Got these “Angulas” from brownetradingco and damn what an experience. Texturally they’re a 5011/10. However, the flavor lacked a little for what I was expecting. No fish flavors… just a beautiful vessel for the garlic and oil. . I did end up eating the remainder with my wife w/ toasted sourdough and that was a treat and definitely elevated it. Next time I’m going to try them in a light tomato sauce or perhaps in a soup even. Truly enjoyed eating them… just was expecting even more I think. . Been getting a lot of people lately saying I eat “weird stuff”. First off, that’s all relative.
