I ordered these scarlet shrimp from wildforkfoods as a treat for the fam. Oh hot damn was it worth it. About 3 minutes in my stargazercastiron and they were done! The tails were like the best lobster I’ve ever had. Decadent and savory with a natural buttery like flavor and a hint of sweetness. NOW, the head butter/mustard/juices was a different level. It was briney, buttery, shrimpy goodness! Super savory and creamy. Be sure to keep some toasted bread to sop up the goodness! Legit these were crazy expensive but they were absolutely with it!
