Got these cheeks from porterroad and not only are they super high quality, they come trimmed which is nice 👌🏾 Hit em with the_w_sauce before making sure the flavor was packin never lackin with my rub “bbfg” with gustusvitae (if you haven’t tried it, but it now and thank me later). I cooked in on the pitbarrel over jealousdevilcharcoal and cherry wood chunks for an hour and a half before wrapping them with goldbarwhiskey and beef broth. The end result was beef butter 🧈 that was packed with flavor and made for some killer tacos 🌮 .
