Braised beef hump 🔥 This was fukn amazing 💯 . Got this beef hump from brahmancountrybeef and hit it with some “fireshire” from the_w_sauce 👌🏾 Hit it hot n heavy with my garlic pepper rub “this thing of ours” gustusvitae before throwing it on the hastybakegrills to catch some smoke. After about 4 hours I put it in my Dutch oven with cocacola beef broth, oranges and some other stuff. 2 hours later it was literally beef butter. Tender, juicy and so fukn flavorful it was stupid! I ended up taking out the orange slices, blending the sauce and reducing and serving it over pasta! Will for sure be doing this again! .
