Lemon basil butter: 1 stick butter 1 bunch basil (sliced thin) 2 tbsps “baby got butter rub” Zest of 1 lemon 6 cloves roasted garlic Dash of maggi seasoning To make: mix everything together and enjoy!!! . Halibut was from annasseafoodmarket and seasoned with a new rub I’m working on with gustusvitae It was cooked over medium high heat for about 6 mins total (3 per side) in my stargazercastiron and served in my thebullswood board!! .
