Slammin salmon that’ll leave your tastebuds jammin’ 🔥 . First cook on my new burchbarrel was a winner 🙌🏾 My wife was craving salmon and this hot the spot! Seasoned with my “baby got butter” rub and cooked on the burchbarrel over jealousdevilcharcoal and mesquite wood 🪵 I glazed the salmon with some trybachans and the end result was 🤤 For reals this salmon was perfect…. Gorgeous, flavor lacked crust with a moist n flaky perfectly cooked interior! . In regards to the burchbarrel I’ve fired it up every day I’ve had it. Super fun, lots of control, multiple uses and it’s an eye catcher.
