To make: 1️⃣ Start with a cold duck breast straight from the fridge (it’ll help prevent overcooking) 2️⃣ score the skin which will help the fat render. Season with salt on the skin side and place into a cold/unheated pan. 3️⃣ Turn to medium heat. As the temp comes up the fat will render. Flip after 5-7 mins depending on size of the breast etc. 4️⃣ cook 1 min on other side and then rest! Serve however you like!
