Ordered last week and am so glad I did 🙌🏾 . I kept it simple and hit it with wishishishishisher sauce as a binder before rubbin it in my rub “bang bang flavor gang” gustusvitae before smoking it on the pitbarrel over jealousdevilcharcoal “max” and mesquite chunks! Wrapped it when the bark was set with beef broth and remymartinus 🤌🏾 Pulled it when it was tender and the result was beef 🧈🧈🧈 No joke this was probably my favorite piece of beef to cook and eat! Ridiculous flavor and stupid doo doo dumb tender! Better than brisket! If you can find one, do it!
