Deep fried brisket #1... lococookers . Not gonna bullshit y’all or bury the lead, I call this a fail! Not as tender as it should have been (clearly) and was missing flavor 💯 . The next time I do this (which I will do again because why not 🤷🏾‍♂️ haters can sugg it) I’ll season, smoke, then deep fry! In addition, this was a tiny brisket that was almost all flat. Next time I’ll do a whole brisket if not just the point! I’m determined to make this work and I know it can and will 💯 I pulled it at 210 and it was still tight... I had it on the pit boss at 325... next time I’ll draw out the cook on the back end longer as well just to ensure it’s tender as butter. . Lastly, I gave it a 6 out of 10, as posted on my story.
