Competition style ribs 🔥 Took this slab right here and hit it with all the tricks 🤘🏾4 different rubs, all sorts of goodies with the wrap and a gang of deliciousness to finish! This isn’t the exact seasonings we use when competing but the process is the same. Competition is all about packing the most flavor possible into a single perfect bite 🤤 The flavor on this rack was a 10 in my book. The color could have been way better IMO and the bite was perfect I thought. Practice makes perfect!
