Crazy easy and fukn delicious 🤘🏾 Took this Chuck roast from @black_hawk_farms and made sure it was smothered and covered in @gustusvitae and my collab “BBFG” then heavily applied some “cool ranch” seasoning. Smoked it on the @pitbarrel over @jealousdevilcharcoal max briquettes and mesquite wood chunks. After the bark set, I wrapped it with pepperoncinis, beef stock and more cool ranch seasoning. Smoked it until it shredded like butter and plated it up homestyle! Packed full of flavor and easy as fugggg to make!
