Bacon wrapped. Cheese stuffed. Meatloaf. . Took some forestlakefarms ground beef and made a meatloaf! Like when I make meatballs I add a little slurry to the mix. The slurry is breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, sautéed onion, mushroom and garlic. Mixing this together separate from the meat let’s it come together more completely and when you combine it with the meat you won’t have to overwork it. As for the rest, it’s simple. MKe a meatloaf, stuff it with some Chuck E. Cheese and wrap that beezy in bacon.
